Training Program Design

For Everytown for Gun Safety, Diana conducted a nationwide volunteer listening process to inform the design of a national volunteer training program. The aim was to create an ongoing skill-building program as well as a leadership onboarding training. The resulting ongoing online training program and annual Gun Sense University have been hallmarks of Everytown’s successful national volunteer program.
