Capacity Building

For over 15 years Diana has led Greenpeace projects: from sourcing dozens of the top social trainers to build leadership skills in the organization, to conducting project evaluations to help the international organization learn and improve its cross-cultural international campaign projects. She has coached trainers and campaign leaders through their learning.

In 2018 Diana began sourcing trainers for philanthropic capacity builders, finding and vetting the top trainers nationally in a wide range of skill-building and network-strengthening topics. Her current network includes the top trainers in a variety of fields: Communications, Diversity Equity Inclusion, Staff Management, Digital Organizing, and more.
