Big Listening

In 2020 for the Voting Rights Lab, Diana planned and executed a project to listen to 50 executive directors from BIPOC-led organizations, including Color of Change and Florida Rights Restoration Coalition, to better understand the threats to voting in 2020. Diana introduced listening best practices into the organization, facilitated a small group of interviewers, and then did a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the interview data to create a report on voting threats.
