With 25 years of grassroots organizing, training design, leadership development and project team leadership, Diana loves leading teams to design and launch new programs. Her consulting work focuses on training program design, capacity building projects, big listening, and strengthening social movement organizations.

* ​Dynamic training, inclusive facilitation, coaching. Diana has designed training and learning programs for global organizations including The Sunrise Project, Growald Climate Fund, Tara Climate Fund, Meliore Foundation, Amnesty International, Everytown for Gun Safety and Greenpeace International, to engage communities and build networks. She specializes in curriculum design and training program development and loves building healthy, inclusive team culture.

* Project design and management. Diana coaches managers and leads strategic planning focused on community engagement strategy.
 Diana directly manages project teams on a variety of campaigns and topics, from human rights to immigration reform. She is a lover of collaborative process design (with lots of post-its), great facilitation, and inclusive meeting design. From team meetings to large conferences and cohort convenings, she excels at the details.

* Organizing and network-building strategies. Diana has developed field strategies for national issue campaigns, managed teams to build national activist networks, and led multi-organization projects on a variety of issues from voter engagement to oceans campaigns.

Diana holds a B.A. from Wesleyan University and has engaged in intensive leadership trainings through GroupWork Australia, Rockwood Leadership Institute, Harvard University’s Leadership, Organizing and Action course, The Management Center, New Organizing Institute, and Training for Change. She is a mom, outdoor adventurer, healthy chef, skier, interior design enthusiast and lives in California with her husband , two kids, and a naughty puppy.
