About Diana

Diana Pasquali is a learning strategist and facilitator who has spent more than two decades helping nonprofits and social movements develop strong leaders and effective teams.

Her work focuses on designing leadership programs, facilitating team processes, and building training systems that help organizations scale their impact.

Diana previously served as Global Director of Learning and Development at The Sunrise Project, where she designed learning programs for a global team of more than 160 staff.

Earlier in her career she held leadership roles at Greenpeace and contributed to the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative’s Movement Capacity Building Program. Over the past twenty years she has supported advocacy organizations around the world to strengthen leadership, strategy, and collaboration.

Diana holds a B.A. from Wesleyan University and has completed leadership and facilitation training through GroupWork Australia, Rockwood Leadership Institute, Harvard University’s Leadership, Organizing and Action program, The Management Center, and Training for Change.

She lives in Oakland, California with her husband, two kids, and a very mischievous puppy.
