I work with mission-driven organizations to design leadership programs, facilitate retreats, and build training systems that translate complex strategy into practical skills. Grounded in how adults learn and lead today, my work creates high-engagement learning experiences that strengthen leadership, culture, and collaboration across distributed teams.

Built and led a learning and development program for a global team of 160 staff.

Designed a national onboarding program supporting thousands of volunteer leaders.
